When I tell you, Old me, would spend every dollar that came into my account - I did that shhhh...
Week after week. If I knew payday was near and I had $20, that $20 would burn a hole in my pocket until it was gone.
Thank God for change because now when I have extra money it goes 1 of 4 places:
1. Extra student loan payment.
2. Savings account.
3. Brokerage account.
4. A toy or something for Lolo🤣

Last month I read, “The Wealth Choice” by @drdenniskimbro and by page 2, I was highlighting line after line. One consistent theme was the habit of saving money and he spoke often about abundance and prosperity.

🖊 Create plan for Sugar and Money
💰 Save $1,230 toward student loan snowball payment
🏃🏾‍♀️ Drop 5 pounds!

Weekly Action Items:
-Whole30 way of eating
-exercise 5x’s a week
-start Barre Blend on BOD 8/16
-new blog post weekly
-organize MacBook files
-create job search plan

If there is one habit that I feel everyone should

If there is one habit that I feel everyone should master in their finances it is Paying Yourself First! Saving money consistently, even when you are getting out of debt! Here is an example of me saving $77.70 every 2 weeks towards my goal of $2,020 by 12/31/2020.
